This Motor Home has been equipped for comfort and ease of use. Its Standard Features are comprehensive and too numerous to list them all, plus it has most available factory option features. With ample cabinets and Basement Storage, preparation for travel is minimal if most essentials are left on-board during storage – just fill up the refrigerator, add those last minute items and go! The Workhorse chassis and drive-train provide ample power and stability for comfortable travel, even when towing a Dingy. The 35 foot length provides plenty of interior room while supporting great maneuverability in tight quarters. Backing into a campsite at night is no problem with this optimal length and docking lights.

The living area is designed for comfort, w/ accent lighting, an excellent sound system and plenty of room with the large slide-out. It features a Sofa / Magic-Bed which is rated safe for three passengers to ride when the vehicle is in motion. The dinette area can also serve as a Desk or can be converted into a large dining table with the extensions. There is also a large recliner with a footrest for more comfort. A 24” Sony Trinitron Flat Screen TV is mounted overhead. The integrated Antenna and Power Booster allows viewing of Local Programming. The Switching System allows viewing of cable programming (when available) or other sources such as the built in VCR or an added DVD player. The Coach is pre-wired for a satellite system. All of this programming is also available to the 20” Bedroom TV which can watch the same show or another. The day/night shades provide all the privacy you would want.

The kitchen is equipped with a LP Gas three burner stove top and oven and an AC microwave oven. The solid wood panel two door Dometic 10 cubic foot refrigerator with ice maker is a manufacturer installed option in-lieu of the standard 8 cubic foot refrigerator. It is switchable between AC electric mode or LP Gas mode or can be set to switch automatically, depending upon power source availability. There is also more than enough storage in the pantry, drawers, and cupboards for food and cooking needs for weeks on end. A double sink with solid surface covers that match the solid Corian counter tops and covers for the stove make meal prep a breeze.

The bathroom has a full stand up shower, separate enclosed toilet area and a large vanity with porcelain sink. The large vanity area provides plenty of cabinet storage and direct lighting. The foot operated china toilet and the large medicine cabinet make this more like home than you can imagine. The bathroom can be closed off with sliding pocket doors for privacy.

A large hall closet is pre-wired and plumbed for a washer and dryer, however, we prefer to use the closet space for coats and jackets, extra bedding, etc.

The bedroom is private and features a queen-sized pillow-top mattress with room for storage under the bed and two wardrobe closets and a dresser. With additional cabinets over the slide-out, storage is no problem. A 20” color TV is installed for viewing from the bed. Day/night shades make for privacy and sleep comfort 24 hours a day.

The cockpit features a premium AM/FM cassette stereo with multi disk CD changer that is wired throughout the coach. An amplifier and sub-woofer provide concert quality surround sound. The driver’s “Captain’s” Chair” and “Co-Pilot’s” chairs are Flexsteel six way power leather seats that offers the comfort of living room chair. Add directional in dash A/C and electric sunshades all around and the miles click by with no effort. Both driver and copilot chair swivel to become part of the living area. Custom directional halogen lights have been added to allow easy reading without disturbing the driver. Outside, you can sit in the shade of the large awning which is deployed with the push of a button.

Set-up at a campground is fast and easy. Just unhook your Dingy, level the coach with the automatic HWH leveling system, deploy the slide-outs and hook up your services. Service connection is a breeze. The electrical, water, sewer, cable TV, and telephone connections are all located at the driver side rear. 25 foot 50amp power cord provides full land power quickly and easily. Freshwater hose and sewer hose is included and are easy to connect to the service panel.

Everything, including the two 15,000 roof air conditioners / heat pumps (factory installed option in lieu of 13,500 BTU units) can be powered from plugging in or by the 7.0kW Onan Marquis Gold Quiet generator for remote location campsites. Two deep cycle house batteries provide power for lights and 12 volt items (such as the fresh water pump) when disconnected. These batteries are charged from the engine, plugging in, the generator, or the solar panel mounted on the roof.

For cooler/cold weather outings, the electric heat pumps provide interior comfort down to about 45 degrees. When electric power is not available and you do not want to run the generator, or for colder weather, the ducted LP Gas furnace keeps the interior toasty warm. It also provides heat to the basement in freezing weather so your water pipes won’t freeze.
