Open Road 321RBHS 2005

WILL TRADE: Like New, One Owner, Non Smoker, Like New... This is a 2005 Open Road (by Pilgrim Int.) 321RBHS Travel Trailer.

I am the original owner and this unit was specifically built for me from the manufacture in late 2004/ early 2005. It cost a bit over $35000.00 new.

Corian type counter tops, oak cabinets, congolium scuptured vinyl, sculptured heavy weight carpet, window treatments, queen in master, sleeper sofa, twin bunks in the other end. areas for 3 tvs (20 in flat screen incl) wired for surround and will hook up to most dvd/ surround units. Super slide out holds the dining area and sofa. Porceline bath sink and toilet. This unit looks almost new when detailed/ washed and waxed. It has electric/ gas water heater, fridge. Gas stove/ oven, electric microwave, triple heated holding tanks (2 grey, 1 black water) one fresh water tank. Tandem axle, electric brakes, diamond plate accents, rear storage area, rear bumber hitch and wiring for bike rack, PWC, or small trailer towing 500lbs max/ 150 max hitch wght.

Very nice value. NON SMOKER USE SINCE NEW.

IT DOES NOT have an awning.

This is a heavy travel trailer around 8000lbs (NOT AN ULTRALIGHT) empty so check your rated towing. It is a bumper/ class 3+ hitch towable.

I have a weight distribution hitch system set up for this rv and will include in the sale. I will also include cables, hoses, misc adapters, etc.

This is being sold in a divorce liquidation that is the only reason. The unit should be prepped at a dealer before use (i.e. System checks and flushes) Long time RVers could do it themselves no problem. It has been in storage for most of the two years I have owned it. The last it was used was April thru June 2007 and returned to storage.

Aside from the general weathering the RV looks New. Gel coat and decals are excellent. MUST SEE!!! I don't think you will find a nicer used rig with these options and quality for Under $21000.00
